Always war somewhere for some reason that is usually founded in greed--for more land or power or sway in the world.

My perennial question is why do we always study war and not peace? Why at West Point and other schools don't we study how to seek out and pursue peace? Instead we discuss wars and who won and how, etc., etc., etc. In fact, so much of history is written around the wars our country fought. Truly, we seem to have turned common sense upon its head. Thank you for writing about this mockery of Oneness--of care for all and of the woundedness of so many. We've let this happen. It's about the sniper guy who was killed by a vet he was trying to help on a hunting expedition in Texas. I can't think of anything other than that war was f&*^ked up from the get-go and that we face a mess of problems as a nation dealing with the aftermath.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03313726816776097840noreply@blogger.com
